26th July 2008 - Iggy Cribbin Cup SAFC lost out 3-1 to a strong Celbridge Town in the 1st Iggy Cribbin Cup. Alan Fox had equalised for the home side in the 1st half but 2 late goals sealed it for the vistors. 26th July 2008 - Legends Match Dorans Destroyers came out 6-5 winners against Tommys Terriers in the legends match. 9th Sep 2007 - 2nd Win Straffans great start to the season contuinued with a 4-0 away win over Forest Utd. Paulo Krivokonev, Alan Fox and Ian Hennessy were the 1st half goal scorers in a convincing display. Kevin Fox's late freekick was the icing on the cake. |
